Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories. Create and maintain process flows and data flow diagrams to visualize current and future state business processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria. Assist in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in solution design discussions, offering insights on feasibility and business impact. Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date throughout project lifecycles. Support change management and training efforts as needed for system implementations. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA preferred. 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst in an IT environment. Proven experience writing business and functional requirement documents. Strong understanding of business process modeling and tools like Visio or Lucidchart. Ability to analyze complex problems and communicate solutions clearly and effectively. Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies. Preferred Skills:
Telecom or enterprise systems experience is a strong plus. Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or integration concepts. Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
