Robert Half Management Resources is seeking a skilled Systems Business Analyst to support one of our health care clients on an interim basis. In this role, you will support critical system implementations and ensure user acceptance testing aligns with business needs. Ideal candidates will have experience with HRIS systems, UKG modules, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) to guide system implementations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify and document system defects, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved efficiently.
Support the implementation and configuration of UKG Pro and UKG Ready systems.
Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows and deliverables.
Provide clear and actionable insights to improve system usability and align with organizational goals.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
Participate in regular status meetings to report progress and address challenges.
Ensure successful integration of HRIS payroll systems through meticulous analysis and testing.
Proven experience in business analysis and systems implementation.
Strong expertise in creating and managing business requirement documents (BRDs).
Hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, or other HRIS systems.
Proficiency in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
