A restaurant client of Insight Global is looking for an MDM Administrator to support their team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide actionable data to the support organization (both centralized and brand specific) that allows the IT Teams to reduce disruption at the restaurants and increase productivity, specifically around Unified Endpoint Management (UEM).

Day to Day: Administration of multiple UEM systems including configuration of iOS, Android and Windows Tablets with multiple profiles and applications Enforce mobile device security policies using Omnissa Workspace One, InTune, JAMF or Ivanti Neurons. Provide support for loading commercially available and in-house developed mobile applications into UEM application catalogs and help deploy those applications to mobile devices. Responsible for tracking of device inventory in UEM and perform audits of the Omnissa Workspace One system. Liaison between the business units and Omnissa Workspace One to test, validate and deploy new Workspace One releases and evaluate new OS mobile device releases for iOS, Android and Windows platforms Support internal team initiatives and help develop small subsets of needed solutions Help develop and maintain automated script-based solutions Working knowledge of . xml, json and other configuration files Other important duties and responsibilities as needed

PR: $35-$40/HR

Advanced Omnissa WSP1 design and configuration Minimum two years of relevant work experience with Mobile Security Knowledge in managing iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices Knowledge in managing Apple Business Manager, VPP/DEP, B2B Custom Applications Working knowledge of Certificate Authority, PKI, and Radius Authentication Working knowledge or WiFi Network troubleshooting and optimization Experience deploying Windows systems with Microsoft InTune Experience deploying Apple Mac computer with JAMF Working knowledge of PowerShell, . Net, scripting Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience using API calls and maintenance Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities Ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills 2+ years IOS MDM experience 5+ years IT support experience One or more years of hospitality or restaurant experience with either Product Management, or Point of Sale & Back Office Systems or Service Desk / Help Desk (equivalent experience accepted) 5+ years administering UEM systems for the configuration and support of iOS, Windows and Android operating systems Experience with technical teams focused on APIs, integrations, etc.
