Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Intune Administrator with deep experience in Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE to lead the configuration, deployment, and support of mobile and endpoint management systems. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant device operations across a hybrid enterprise environment.
As the Intune Administrator, you will collaborate with internal support teams, manage device provisioning, and drive automation initiatives. You'll also serve as a subject matter expert in mobile device management (MDM), supporting both technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy and manage workstations using Microsoft Intune, with a focus on automation and efficiency. Configure and maintain Intune for optimal performance, security, and compliance. Support and enhance Workspace ONE / AirWatch integrations with Apple DEP and Samsung Knox. Develop and implement automation scripts for device provisioning and account management. Monitor and troubleshoot workstation and user configuration issues. Maintain documentation for configuration management and lifecycle processes. Configure automated patching for operating systems and applications. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to streamline onboarding and offboarding workflows. Provide technical support and training for Android, iOS, and tablet devices. Act as an escalation point for Service Desk incidents related to MDM platforms. Lead capacity planning, performance monitoring, and proactive maintenance. Ensure secure device usage and compliance with organizational policies. Drive adoption of Workspace ONE solutions and influence positive change across teams. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years of technical experience in hybrid (on-prem/cloud) environments. At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE. Strong knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune. Experience with iOS and Android device management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation workflows. Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware administration, and Active Directory. Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and server deployment. Microsoft certifications such as Intune Administrator Associate or Azure Administrator are a plus.
