Iris Comm Lab We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team ASAP! As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office. In this fast-paced and varied position, you will manage a wide range of administrative tasks that are vital for supporting the team's success.
Job: On site Location: Birmingham, AL Pay Range: $850- $1150 per week
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls and divert them to the appropriate personnel. Schedule and maintain appointments for staff members. Handle client inquiries and provide information regarding services and directions. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. High school diploma; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
