The Enrollment Operations Coordinator supports the Office of Strategic Enrollment Management by assisting with the execution and coordination of communication efforts within enrollment operations. This role contributes to the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives through data management, communication workflow support, and collaborative project tracking, helping ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.

Essential Job Functions:

Build and run queries for print and email communication tracks using Slate. Set up placeholders and logic for dynamic content in email campaigns. Create and maintain populations and rules for enrollment communications. Assist with printing and mailing of mail communications. Track and manage inventory of recruitment materials; assist with reorders as needed. Review and consolidate records in Slate to maintain data integrity. Collaboratively support and guide student workers involvement in enrollment communications. Initiate the event setup process for enrollment-related events. Create and configure event records in Slate, including key details and structure. Review and update event registration forms, confirmation messages, and related communications for accuracy and clarity. Complete and submit the marketing needs worksheet for each event. Add event-related emails and texts to the Enrollment Operations calendar to support planning and execution. Collaborate with the Enrollment Communication and Operations Specialist to schedule and prepare event invitation emails and text messages. Serve as a backup for the Coordinator of Recruitment Services to ensure continuity in basic application processing tasks when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Job Requirements:

Education :

High school diploma with 5-7 years of prior administrative/operations manager experience required Associates degree with a min of 2 years of administrative/operations manager experience preferred

Experience:

Experience with CRM systems (Slate preferred) or strong willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and process-based systems. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively as part of a team.

Skills:

Preferred Skills:

Experience in admissions, enrollment, or higher education operations. Familiarity with email marketing tools and workflow setup. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (helpful for formatting email templates or troubleshooting display issues).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work with a computer for long periods of the day. Ability to move about campus. Ability to communication and interact via electronic mail, telephone, and virtual Work Hours:

Expected equivalent of 20 hours per week, but hours may vary as needed.

The anticipated pay rate for this position is $18-$21 per hour.

This compensation is subject to change at the sole discretion of the university, based on institutional needs.

The pay range referenced in the job posting is the budgeted amount the university reasonably expects to pay for this position. The final pay rate will not be below the lowest pay rate listed herein.

Tuition Assistance Tuition assistance for AU undergraduate courses is available to eligible employees and eligible family members beginning the term following one (1) year of regular, full-time employment. Tuition assistance for graduate programs paid at 60% for employee following Senior Leadership approval. Tuition Exchange Consortiums AU is a member of the Tuition Exchange (TE) and the Council of Independent Colleges Tuition Exchange Program (CIC-TEP) enabling full-time employees and eligible family members to be eligible for tuition assistance at more than 600 universities nationwide. Eligibility for the CIC-TEP and TE programs is one (1) year of regular, full-time employment as of 8/31.
