Job Title: Principal Software Engineer in Test - W2 only - we can provide sponsorship Duration: Long Term Location: Durham, NH - Hybrid - Local Preferred Must Have: Selenium and (Cypress or Playwright) Rest Assured Strong DB querying (advanced joins needed) Need to have strong communications and strong confidence as they will be the Sole SWET for their scrum team. Full Gambit of testing: Unit Integration The Expertise and Skills You Bring 10+ years experience with a Bachelors or with a Masters degree in Computer Science (or closely related field) Experience in test automation (Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Test NG, Maven) Experience with DevOps/Pipelines (Jenkins Core, LWC, Monorepo, etc.) Experience with source control (GitHub, Stash (Bitbucket)) Cloud experience preferred - Amazon Web Services (AWS) Focus on the deployment automation and orchestration Assist with code branches, merges, builds pipelines, manage versioning etc. Use your knowledge of testing and testability to influence better software design, promote proper software engineering and bug prevention strategies, testability and security Actively participate in the development process through writing and maintain application features and automated tests including unit tests, component tests, integration tests, functional tests, performance tests, scenario tests and interoperability tests Collaborate with team members on improving team's test coverage, release velocity and production health Seniority level
