This front-desk role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, making it essential for the ideal candidate to demonstrate strong communication skills, a warm personality, and a polished, professional appearance. The position is ideal for someone with prior reception or front-office experience and a strong customer service background.
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and route incoming phone calls appropriately Respond to general inquiries via phone and email Schedule conference room reservations and manage meeting logistics Place and coordinate catering orders for meetings and events Maintain a clean and organized reception area Serve as the face of the company by consistently demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service
Required Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and appearance Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a calm and efficient manner Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., email, calendar scheduling)
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a corporate or law firm environment Familiarity with scheduling systems or room reservation tools
