Job Description
Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to evaluate and enhance quality assurance processes. Develop and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to assess product and process accuracy and reliability. Establish quality systems, inspection plans, and technical quality plans for proposals. Ensure compliance with project and process control documentation requirements. Analyze and determine responsibility for non-conforming products or materials. Provide quality input during product development. Identify quality performance trends and coordinate corrective actions with customers and suppliers. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Develop programs to improve supplier performance. Prepare reports by analyzing data and making recommendations. Analyze proposed changes and develop training materials. Participate in failure analysis and corrective action investigations. Apply continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to enhance products and processes. Interface with customers and assist with audits. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous education and industry networking. Proficient in conveying complex information clearly to team members, leaders, and senior management. Skilled in identifying issues, gathering data, and drawing valid conclusions. Experienced with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Familiar with maintaining and enhancing quality systems based on AS9100, ISO9001, and IATF 16949 standards.
