Job Description

As a Quality Engineer:

Manage and improve product and process quality through statistical analysis, audits, and root cause investigations. Develop, maintain, and implement quality systems, procedures, and inspection plans to ensure compliance with standards. Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in failure analysis, corrective actions, and product/process refinements using Lean and Six Sigma tools. Prepare reports, training materials, and presentations to communicate quality performance, trends, and recommendations. The Successful Applicant

Quality Enginner Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-4+ years of experience in quality or manufacturing engineering. Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and certifications (e.g., AS9100, ISO9001, IATF16949). Proficiency with statistical analysis, Lean, and Six Sigma tools to drive continuous improvement. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across teams, suppliers, and customers. Ability to develop, implement, and maintain quality processes, audits, and documentation.
