Provides accurate and efficient secretarial services to the center as well as managing daily operations of the center.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Participates in required program meetings/trainings/events to meet program goals Compiles and maintains information, electronic data, and physical files; order supplies; maintains inventory; generates service contracts and invoices for services; and assists with reports as needed Assists with preparation of workshop or other event materials for staff Performs other duties as assigned Performs routine clerical functions as they contribute to the total operation of the office Identifies and responds to problems effectively Completes assignments on time and accurately Specific Responsibilities and Duties:
Able to work with limited supervision Uses all office equipment and software necessary to perform functions of job Ability to maintain confidentiality of information Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others Ability to maintain working budgets, generate service contracts, requisitions for purchase orders, invoices, supply orders, etc., for assigned programs using online systems
