Marketing Coordinator

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support a wide range of marketing initiatives, from product launches to influencer campaigns, PR, and advertising. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on collaboration, and is eager to grow within a dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Management Lead the go-to-market (GTM) planning process for all new product launches, including pricing, forecasting, sales tools, and cross-functional coordination. Manage product data and documentation across platforms such as Salsify, ensuring accuracy in pricing, specs, and product range lists. Coordinate internal product updates and monthly product meetings with brand teams. Oversee end-of-life transitions and product discontinuations. Maintain and update key sales assets such as sell sheets, Master Presenter decks, and the New Item Tracker. 2. Influencer Marketing Manage our influencer platform and facilitate communication with influencer partners. Support a combination of product seeding and paid collaborations, identifying the right creators for each initiative. Assist in creative brief development and handle sample logistics to ensure smooth execution. Maintain an organized influencer calendar aligned with product launches and key campaigns. Track performance and provide regular reporting to inform future strategy. Monitor trends and emerging creators to keep our influencer approach current and effective. 3. PR & Events Write and distribute press releases, manage a media contact list, and maintain active communication with key outlets. Identify trends and timely media opportunities to feature our brand and products. Support the planning and execution of product launch events involving press and influencers. Pitch and secure editorial opportunities in relevant trade publications. Use third-party tools and maintain a PR calendar to organize ongoing activity. Report on media coverage and campaign performance to gauge effectiveness. 4. Advertising (Brand Awareness) Plan and execute top-of-funnel brand awareness campaigns, including traditional media such as print, billboards, and trade publications. Work with the brand and creative teamsor external agenciesto develop campaign assets. Support trade advertising efforts through magazine placements and email campaigns. Coordinate media buys and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Track and report campaign results against key performance indicators to optimize future efforts.
