Position: Business Development Manager (Sweet Protein) Location: United States Remote (30%+ travel) The estimated salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 based on experience level. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners through proactive communication and regular visits to discuss commercial opportunities in full autonomy Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business relationship for potential customers in key market areas Maintain and continuously improve understanding of products, applications and markets. Share the insight and knowledge with internal team to optimize product development Manage and execute promotional activities using online channels, e.g. social media, industrial media and industry expos/events, etc. Closely working with the Business team and responsible for driving sales and business development efforts in North/South America to achieve sustainable growth in the food ingredient line. Manage and execute promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. Working with customers and partners to generate market insight of customer needs and industry trends to support build market strategy for new product launch Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above and minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience in food ingredients, food & beverage, sweetener or flavor ingredient industry Excellent negotiation and communication skills High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently Proven success in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels with internal and external customers Elaborate strong approach to generate market knowledge and insight. Experience for product branding using various channels and tools
