What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the CEO's strategic partner-managing calendars, priorities, and communications Coordinate complex scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings Support Executive Director of Advisor Relations with advisor/client travel and meeting prep Prepare materials for board meetings, strategy sessions, and high-stakes presentations Anticipate needs and solve problems before they reach the CEO Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive results What You'll Need to Be Considered:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in fast-moving, high-growth environments High emotional intelligence with exceptional relationship-building skills Strategic mindset and ability to anticipate needs multiple steps ahead Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM, and travel/expense platforms Comfort managing confidential, high-stakes information
