Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative
Software Engineer
to join our team, focusing on
process automation ,
Power BI dashboard development , and
macro-based solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining recurring tasks, automating data-driven reporting processes, and building tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of business operations within the Planning & Fulfillment (P&F) function.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement automation scripts and tools to reduce manual efforts in recurring P&F reporting activities. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring clear and actionable data visualization. Create and optimize Excel macros (VBA) to automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Finance, Operations) to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data used in automation processes. Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end-users. Continuously monitor and improve existing automation tools and dashboards based on business feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, or business intelligence/reporting roles. Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). Strong proficiency in Excel macros (VBA) and advanced Excel functions. Hands-on experience with automation tools/scripts (e.g., Python, Power Automate, or similar platforms). Understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and report optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a supply chain, planning, or operations environment. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data handling and transformation. Exposure to process mapping tools and lean methodologies.
