General Manager Benefits & Compensation: Attainable Bonus PTO Real Growth Great Support from a Multi-Concept Restaurant Group General Manager Requirements & Qualifications: 3+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service & high-volume restaurant - +7M in sales Proven success managing FOH and BOH operations, including scheduling and team development Strong focus on guest satisfaction, pace, and service flow Experience with cost control, inventory, labor management, and P&L responsibilities Ability to lead from the floor and keep energy high during peak hours Skilled in team coaching, problem-solving, and creating a positive work culture General Manager Preferred Background & Skills: Experience in Latin-inspired or high-flavor, fast-paced dining concepts Ability to plan local events, manage private parties, and support community involvement New restaurant opening experience a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
