Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the entire accounts profile, including drafting and finalization of balance sheet & profit & loss account.
Prepare monthly profit & loss accounts and cost sheets.
Ensure expert knowledge of GST law & compliance, including registration, migration, returns, payments, refunds, and book preparation as per GST Act.
File income tax returns, TDS, TCS, GST, VAT, service tax, and wealth tax returns.
Maintain GAAP compliance and expertise in Tally 9.0 ERP.
Manage receivables and payables, prepare MIS reports like cash flow, fund flow, and debtor & creditor aging.
Account entry of FDRs and interest calculations, coordinate with bankers for banking activities, and prepare stock statements quarterly.
Handle import-related accounting, bank reconciliations, credit/debit notes, TDS/TCS/advance tax calculations, and monthly debtor/creditor statements.
Ensure legal compliance related to salary, wages, ESIC, PF, and overall receivable/payable processes.
