Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in the Lending/Leasing industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and assist in data mapping. Expertise in Infolease is required, and Salesforce experience is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for business processes and system changes Create detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support business initiatives and system development Perform basic data mapping and analysis to ensure alignment of business requirements with data structures Work closely with the Salesforce team to integrate business data into the platform, ensuring efficient and accurate data flow Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements within the Lending/Leasing division Support the testing and validation of system changes and enhancements Provide ongoing support for business systems, ensuring they meet business needs and user requirements Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Proven experience in data mapping and creating BRDs Strong experience in gathering and documenting business requirements Solid background in the Lending/Leasing industry (MUST have) Expertise in Infolease (MUST have) Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce is a significant plus Knowledge of Salesforce Integration processes Certifications:

Any relevant certifications in Business Analysis or Lending/Leasing are a plus (e.g., CBAP, PMP, etc.)
