Leveraging the knowledge earned from a decade of lifestyle publishing and tapping into the fervent enthusiasm for mens and womens NCAA basketball, Hoops HQ is a joint venture between a Hall of Fame broadcast journalist and the executive team at InsideHook, where the voice, access, and insider perspective of the journalist and his network take shape in the form of stories, interviews, betting tips, and analysis covering the college basketball scene 365 days/year. Newsletter, web and social are the distribution channels and we are setting the table for audio, consumer video, event, and B2B activations in year two. Job Overview InsideHook and Hoops HQ are seeking a Campaign Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a highly collaborative, solutions-oriented individual who has proven success leading complex campaigns and projects. The Campaign Manager will oversee the planning, execution and enhancement of marketing campaigns while working closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams at all levels. This individual understands the big picture and helps with prioritization and alignment on goals and objectives while keeping track of details and deadlines. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project management, ensuring seamless coordination across teams, adherence to deadlines, and optimal resource allocation to achieve campaign objectives. Serve as point of contact for campaign-related client and internal communications. Work closely with creative, editorial and social teams to conceptualize and produce content. Collaborate with senior management to enhance communication, production efficiency and workflows. Monitor campaign metrics and make data-driven recommendations for campaign adjustments. Generate reports and present results to internal leadership teams and external clients. Lead and participate in the production of branded content, including photoshoots, videos, and sponsored events. Manage campaign budgets from end-to-end - including media, production and execution, while optimizing spend allocation. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to help with campaign approach. What you bring: 4-5 years experience in media, marketing or partnerships either at a publisher, creative or media agency. Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong Project Management and client service skills. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Keynote and project management software (eg. Asana). Efficient campaign management processes. Contributing to new business development. Experience with lifestyle, culture or sports media brands are a plus. Understanding of digital advertising and campaign management, including creative production and operations. Knowledge in digital advertising trends, SEO/SEM, AI, email, social media and digital media strategies. Enthusiasm for collaboration and a strong team-oriented attitude, positive, and problem-solving mind set. Pay Transparency The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay for this position at the time of this posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
