About the Position : We are seeking a strategic marketing leader to drive integrated campaign performance across our brand portfolio at People Inc. Initially, focus will be on internal brands and coordinated with external partners as we grow. You will orchestrate complex, multi-channel campaigns and manage copy and creative execution that honors each brand voice. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage vendor relationships and coordinate with agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery across our growing brand ecosystem. This role requires exceptional project management and communication skills to coordinate across diverse stakeholders and deliver measurable results. Join our MyRecipes team and shape the future of digital food experiences! Hybrid 3x a week (New York). In-office expectations : hybrid in-office with remote work up to 2 days per week.
Contributions & Accountabilities
20%
: Own end-to-end campaign management across multiple marketing channels including website house ads, newsletter placements, Apple Ads, and sitewide banner programs, coordinating with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

: Manage copy and creative execution across multiple (initially 9+ brands) and growing, working with internal teams and external creative partners to ensure messaging consistency within each brand while optimizing for channel performance.

: Drive cross-functional alignment between email marketing, social media, internal brand teams, and external agency partners through structured communication and project management.

: Develop and maintain acquisition metrics framework in partnership with external analytics vendors, providing actionable insights and performance reporting to leadership.

: Establish efficient workflows and approval processes that accommodate brand variation and external partner requirements while meeting aggressive campaign timelines, with scalability to support additional brands.

: Optimize channel mix and budget allocation based on performance data and strategic priorities, managing external vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
Education The Role’s Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in consumer marketing.
Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple brands or business units simultaneously, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with external agencies and vendors.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications And Abilities
Exceptional project management and communication skills, with experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives involving both internal and external teams.
Outstanding written and verbal abilities with proven experience managing up and across, including vendor relationship management.
Experience working within a SaaS environment is preferred.

Compensation Pay Range :
New York : $95,000.00 - $115,000.00. The range above represents the anticipated low and high end of pay for this position and may change. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Other compensation may include annual bonuses and incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K with company match, and more as described in the job posting.
