Executive Assistant (Contract / Contract-to-Hire)
We're partnering with top-tier professionals in the Dallas area for Executive Assistant opportunities on a contract or contract-to-hire basis. These roles support C-level executives and require a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to one or more senior executives Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare expense reports Assist with meeting prep, board materials, and internal/external communications Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across departments and stakeholders Handle confidential information with discretion Qualifications: 5+ years of experience supporting senior or C-level executives Proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) Professional demeanor and a high degree of discretion Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
