This newly created position will provide direct support to the executive leadership team, offering the opportunity to establish structure and processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing calendars, travel, communications, and projects while maintaining professionalism and discretion. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic and client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate executive travel arrangements, including expense reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives. Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Assist with organizing and supporting meetings, events, and special projects. Oversee office logistics such as supplies, mail distribution, and general organization. Maintain team directories and intranet updates to ensure accuracy of information. Provide flexible support as priorities shift and additional projects arise.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or VP-level executives. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and travel/expense platforms (Concur experience strongly preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proven discretion and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Professional demeanor, strong customer service orientation, and polished business presentation.
