Design and manage the construction of custom motorized access systems, ensuring alignment with client specifications, engineering standards, and industry codes Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery Develop, review, and maintain detailed project documentation including design drawings, technical plans, and process control protocols Support continuous improvement by contributing to the refinement of project workflows and development of SOPs Oversee and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, effectively allocating time and resources to meet deadlines and objectives Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and vendor coordination to keep projects on track and within scope Mentor junior engineers and team members, participate in strategic planning discussions, and show initiative in leadership development Provide hands-on technical support during fabrication and installation phases to ensure safety, quality, and compliance MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering discipline highly preferred Minimum of 3 years' engineering and design experience Proficiency with project management processes and related softwares Expertise in 2D and 3D modeling software, preferably AutoCAD and SolidWorks Proficient in reading customer blueprints and analyzing models Understanding of steel design and fabrication processes Willingness to travel as needed to different project sites Excellent communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and other engineers What's on Offer

Base salary between $80,000 - $100,000 depending on relevant experience Annual bonus incentive 2 weeks PTO and paid company holidays 401k match Comprehensive benefits package
