OCE Graphics Operational And Administrative Business Support Specialist
ProSidian Consulting is seeking a full-time OCE Graphics Operational And Administrative Business Support Specialist located in the Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) to support an engagement for the US Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) Area. The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford [which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL) and Office of River Protection (ORP)] in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support. It is also ProSidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft. Responsibilities include: Support requirements as a OCE Graphics Operational And Administrative Business Support Specialist and provide Office Of Communication And External Affairs (OCE) graphics operational and administrative business support to the Department of Energy (DOE), Richland Operations Office (RL) Office Of Communication And External Affairs Production of high-level presentations, handouts, and media products for use by the RL manager and other senior officials to inform various audiences about Hanford's challenges, successes and programs. Design and create specialty communication products including highly visual briefing books about Hanford progress, jackets and screens for videos and compact discs, pamphlets and brochures. Support special events and activities by creating custom poster boards, invitations, plaques, nametags and other products as needed. Research and propose applications for new and emerging media techniques such as presentation programs, projectors and programs. Purchase incidental, time sensitive, emerging graphic supplies for reimbursement (the contractor must request prior written authorization from contracting officer or programmatic points of contact). Create communication products for briefing books, jackets and screens for videos and compact discs, pamphlets, and brochures. Create custom poster boards, invitations, plaques, and nametags. The OCE Graphics Operational And Administrative Business Support Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS The OCE Graphics Operational And Administrative Business Support Specialist shall possess the following minimum qualifications: Associate's degree in relevant field of study 2 years of relevant experience Experience in designing, creating, and producing a large variety of original art used in presentations, displays, charts, illustrations, reports and technical publications Experience and knowledge in publication and graphic functions Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, In Design, and Illustrator. Must also be familiar with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint Effective communications skills Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities under tight deadlines U.S. citizenship Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
