Baptist Health is hiring a Risk Manager II to join the Risk Management team. This is a full-time opportunity located at Wolfson Children's Hospital on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health. Responsibilities: Manages the daily Risk Management activities of assigned areas to include incident management, claims management to decrease financial loss and enhance patient safety and quality of care. Collaborates with employees to identify and implement risk reduction strategies to enhance patient safety and quality care. Is responsible for compliance with state and federal reporting requirements and to ensure that their Risk Management Program is in compliance with state and federal laws. **Registered Nurse License required.
