Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Payroll Consultant to join the Payroll team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health. This position requires 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

Responsibilities include:

Advises on best practices

Assists the director on all payroll & timekeeping functions for the health system.

Works with leaders in IT, HRIS, and Operations in developing new strategies for payroll and timekeeping, implementation of new technologies, new procedures, and help ensure all stakeholders are maintaining compliance with IRS and other labor law when implementing changes to pay practices.

Five years of experience in payroll process and payroll tax required.
