Shipping And Warehouse Associate
Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Warehouse Associate, where you will prepare and kit materials for the production departments. You will ensure the smooth and safe execution of warehouse processes by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and work orders related to material handling, equipment operation, and packaging. Responsibilities: Prepare and kit materials for production departments. Receive and fill orders accurately and in a timely manner. Place all incoming and outgoing materials, finished goods, raw materials, and supplies in appropriate locations. Use tools and equipment such as computers, handheld scanners, tape guns, calculators, measuring tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, and swing reach forklifts. Follow safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) requirements. Maintain accurate inventory in all designated warehouses and locations. Ensure work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized. Cooperate with upstream and downstream departments to ensure products meet quality standards. Prepare and account for all material movement documentation and update inventory management systems accordingly. Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities including 5S activities. Work as part of a team and assist with training and mentoring co-workers. Focus on personal development through the timely completion of training. Adhere to schedules to ensure production goals are met. Essential Skills: General production experience. Experience in shipping, receiving, packing, and packaging. Warehouse and material handling skills. Proficiency in inventory control and loading. Ability to work in and out of a cleanroom environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with picking and using inventory management systems. Attention to detail and quality standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Why Work Here?
