Be the welcoming face and voice of Creative Solutions in Healthcare! As our Corporate Receptionist, you'll create a positive first impression for all visitors, callers, and team members-supporting smooth day-to-day operations at our Fort Worth corporate office.
Your Impact as a Corporate Receptionist Greet all visitors, guests, and employees with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with scheduling conference rooms and coordinating meeting needs Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Support special projects and other clerical duties as assigned What Makes You a Great Fit
Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Benefits (Full-Time)
