The hiring range for this role is:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, establishing Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
Lead the integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with related processes, working with internal departments and external partners.
Evaluate existing infrastructure, lead design, development, and deployment of healthcare applications, and shape future technology landscape through innovation.
Define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards.
Guide cross-functional teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
Diagnose complex issues, craft architectural solutions, design MVPs, develop prototypes, and ensure quality, security, and performance.
Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches via proofs of concept.
Architectural and Business Analysis:
Identify patterns and develop reference architectures for business, information, technical, and system domains.
Align architectural evolution with business strategies and compliance standards like SOC2, HiTRUST, HIPAA.
Translate business objectives into technical initiatives across multiple projects.
Advise management on architecture, technology, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee security architecture, produce formal artifacts, and ensure documentation quality.
Qualifications:
Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
Required: Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture, system design, and leadership roles.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in programming languages and object-oriented design.
Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, especially AWS services.
Expertise in data architectures and real-time data processing.
Experience with project management methodologies and health insurance industry preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and research skills.
Ability to develop concepts, perform cost-benefit analysis, and engage stakeholders effectively.
