The hiring range for this role is:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range may depend on factors such as competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs.
This job is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive pay.

Role Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership, analysis, and design facilitation across business, information, and technical viewpoints, establishing Synergie's solution architecture strategy.
Lead the integration of the Enterprise Architecture process with other related processes.
Evaluate existing infrastructure and lead the design, development, and deployment of healthcare business applications.
Define technical requirements, manage priorities, and ensure deliverables meet business needs and standards.
Guide teams and external consultants to deliver solutions on time and scope.
Ensure quality, security, and performance throughout development.
Explore emerging technologies and validate new approaches through proofs of concept.
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop reference architectures and models for major architectural domains.
Define architectural evolution and roadmaps aligned with business strategies.
Advise management on architecture and technology topics.
Oversee security architecture and infrastructure.
Produce and manage architectural documentation.
Provide direction and support to teams, establishing organizational structures for architectural consistency.
Review and approve architectural artifacts.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years in IT or software development, including enterprise architecture and leadership roles.
Knowledge of programming languages, cloud architecture (AWS), data architectures, and project management methodologies.
Preferred: experience in health insurance industry.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Financial Responsibilities:
Budget responsibility; no revenue responsibility; varies in people management.
