This role requires full onsite work in the Cincinnati, OH area. W2 eligible candidates only! No C2C/3rd party profiles will be considered at this time! We can transfer an H1 visa if needed for this role! TECHNICAL SKILLS Must Have Business Intelligence - Data Engineering Data Analysis DBT/Snowflake 4-5 years Strong Communication Skills Able to run meetings Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Snowflake SQL Nice to Have Agile Financial Experience (particularly focused on deposits) Job Summary: This role involves designing and building scalable management systems, ensuring data systems meet company requirements, and researching new data acquisition uses. The candidate should understand data mining practices, algorithms, and data utilization. This position will be part of the team building the Deposits Master Data Product, which will serve as the Data Product of Truth for Deposits across the organization. This role is included in the annual budget, so we are seeking individuals interested in long-term commitment. Primary Responsibilities: Design, construct, install, test, and maintain data management systems. Ensure all systems meet business and industry standards. Integrate new data management and software engineering technologies. Develop processes for data mining, modeling, and production. Create custom software components and analytics applications. Research new uses for existing data. Utilize various languages and tools to connect systems. Collaborate with data architects, IT, and data scientists on project goals. Improve data reliability and quality continuously. Ensure data reconciles with the general ledger. Seniority level
