Call Center Representative

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Your ability to listen and respond to customer inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter. You will handle a variety of calls ranging from inquiries about our products and services to technical troubleshooting and complaint resolution. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting of products. Process orders, forms, and applications as required by customer requests. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus. Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer care. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.
