Salesforce Tech Lead / Solution Architect – Information Systems

About the Position:
We’re seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead / Solution Architect to join our Information Systems team. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, while also seeing the entire system, understanding cross-functional processes, and anticipating how small changes can have large downstream impacts. Responsibilities:
Own the big picture of our systems architecture and business processes, ensuring coherence, scalability, and resilience across projects. Understand the full business context behind our operational workflows and how they tie into Salesforce and other core systems. Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, translating business needs into technical roadmaps while highlighting the implications of each change. Anticipate downstream effects of design decisions to prevent breakage and ensure system-wide integrity. Guide design sessions and system demos with a holistic mindset, asking the right questions to surface hidden risks or inefficiencies. Lead technical planning and impact analysis for new features, integrations, and platform changes. Define technical standards and best practices for the development of lifecycle, from user stories to post-production support. Mentor team members in understanding not just how to build, but why we build things a certain way. Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Requirements:
Proven experience in a Tech Lead or Solution Architect role with system-wide responsibility. Deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including automation, configuration, and integrations. Experience with Integrations, including REST APIs and related technologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to map processes, identify edge cases, and think through complex system interactions. A structured thinker who thrives on seeing both the forest and the trees. Experience in fast-paced, regulated environments such as biotech, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS. Superb communication skills – able to explain technical choices clearly to both business and technical stakeholders. Excellent written and spoken English – must. Nice to have : Familiarity with healthcare standards, compliance requirements, or CLIA/CAP processes. Experience with companies that utilize Salesforce as a platform (not only out-of-the-box modules and clouds). Experience with Workato integration platform.
