Salesforce Solutions Architect

A-TEK, and its subsidiary, Mackson Consulting, are at the forefront of digital innovation, offering advanced IT services and solutions with a focus on emerging technologies. We specialize in supporting health, federal civilian, and national security missions, serving a diverse array of U.S. Departments.

We are seeking a highly skilled

Salesforce Solutions Architect

to lead the design, integration, and modernization of Salesforce platforms across multiple client initiatives. This role plays a critical part in the digital transformation of client systems, with a strong focus on migration to

Salesforce Hyperforce

unified cloud platform, development of secure SaaS architectures, and alignment with federal compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, multi-system integrations, and scalable solution delivery within regulated environments, serving as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and customer stakeholders.

This position is remote. A-TEK is not currently sponsoring candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

Design complex Salesforce solutions across multiple FDA programs

Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and Appian, MuleSoft, AWS, and ServiceNow environments.

Develop and maintain security and compliance architecture aligned with NIST 800-53.

Support complex data migration, cleansing, and transformation efforts for legacy client systems.

Build and govern Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform customizations.

Manage UAT planning, execution, and production deployments

Advise on system ATO preparation including security assessment and continuous monitoring requirements.

Facilitate solutioning workshops and technical whiteboarding sessions with key client stakeholders.

Leadership Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional architecture review sessions with customer leadership.

Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing across teams.

Qualifications

8+ years Salesforce development and architecture experience.

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect credentials.

Experience working with Health Cloud or Government Cloud preferred.

Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, etc.).
