This position is based in Muscatine, IA. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Brand Management:

Help develop and execute the brands integrated marketing plan, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and communication objectives. Brand Stewardship:

Act as an ongoing ambassador for KPG and its brands, supporting company values and vision. Strategic Planning:

Assist in developing and supporting brand strategies to drive growth within a competitive category. Innovation:

Support the creation of a multi-year product pipeline by launching new brands and product lines across the pet category. Business Management:

Assist with the development of annual marketing plans, including business reviews, customer line reviews, contingency plans, and overall brand strategy. Business Insight:

Monitor, analyze, and report on consumer, competitive, category, customer, and channel trends to uncover actionable insights. Communication:

Provide timely and consistent updates on market performance and key developments to internal stakeholders and partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure cohesive brand execution. Budget Management:

Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization. Performance Metrics:

Track and report on KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives and campaigns. Launch Support:

Contribute to the successful launch of a new brand in Fall 2025, managing all aspects of the launch process.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG). Passion for CPG and brand management. Self-motivated with adaptability and a growth mindset. Attention to detail and project execution excellence. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of syndicated or custom POS systems (e.g., IRI, Nielsen). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Travel
