Senior Brand Manager

to lead strategic and tactical marketing efforts across digital, retail, and omnichannel initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position plays a critical role in brand building, consumer communications, innovation launches, and cross-functional collaboration. You will also oversee agency partnerships, eCommerce marketing efforts, and international distributor alignment. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Innovation

Lead development and execution of brand strategy grounded in consumer, category, and market trends Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making Own the innovation pipeline: from identifying market gaps to launch plans and performance tracking Marketing Campaigns & Content

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and eCommerce Brief and manage agencies to develop national and customer-specific communication plans Oversee content creation and social media strategy Analytics & Reporting

Analyze campaign performance using syndicated and consumer data (e.g., Nielsen) Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews and ad hoc reports to optimize results Track brand performance and voice-of-customer insights Partner cross-functionally with sales, operations, finance, and global teams Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, media, PR, Amazon, social) Mentor junior talent and support future team growth Budget Management

Support marketing budget planning and ensure spend optimization and ROI Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s a plus) 5+ years of brand marketing experience within the CPG space Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand identity, and performance marketing Experience managing agencies and cross-functional partners Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics tools and syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen) Exceptional communication, project management, and presentation skills Passion for brand building, innovation, and consumer storytelling Seniority level
