Job Title:Secretary - Transportation Services Montgomery County ESC is a fast-paced and dynamic organization dedicated to serving students. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and our commitment to excellence. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Location: Learning Center East Pay: $18.63 - $32.18 depending on experience Minimum Qualifications
: High School Diploma or Equivalent Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment with grace under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google, Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be a team player who can work collaboratively with all levels of the ESC and with our client districts
Duties include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and team members. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Tracking POs, mileage and expenses for instructional services department Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications. Organize and manage office operations and procedures.
