Overview
We are looking for a leader with DaVita business knowledge, technical skills, and an innovation mindset to join the Team Rabbit management team. Team Rabbit is a hybrid Finance and technical team that manages the Essbase and HFM financial database systems. We are also part of the Sentinels Transformers Team, working to improve the use of technology within the Accounting lane.
Here's what we are looking for in the right candidate:
Bachelors degree and 2+ years experience as team lead, supervisor, or manager, with commitment to Leading the DaVita Way Strong DaVita business knowledge (Field or Atlas perspective) Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office/M365. Experience with one or more coding language, such as SQL, Python, Visual Basic Experience managing projects with multiple steps/components, ability to understand and document business processes and technical solutions Strong data analysis skills Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communications, and relationship-building skills Ability to facilitate effective team interactions and collaboration, foster a positive work environment Innovation mindset, proactive self-starter Experience using Essbase within DaVita preferred Local to Team Evergreen office preferred (Federal Way, WA)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Use your DaVita business knowledge to help Team Rabbit meet data needs for our internal customers, mostly Finance and Accounting teammates. Manage Team Rabbit project pipeline and oversee project management activities for larger Team Rabbit projects. Lead efforts within the Sentinels to transform business processes through better use of technology. Assign work duties and priorities to direct reports, foster collaboration within team and with other teams, foster professional growth within team. Depending on technical skills, hands-on development within the Essbase/HFM environment may be an option.

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,000.00 / year
If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt:
Bellingham: $17.66/hour Burien: $21.16/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour Renton: $20.90/hour Seattle: $20.76/hour Tukwila: $21.10/hour Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
