Hiring Bank Officers with Guard Cards! Job description Inter-Con is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Security Officers. You will be part of a dedicated team providing essential security services to our clients daily. Benefits include: Competitive pay Recognition and Reward Programs Training and Career Development Health, dental, holiday, vacation, sick leave, and 401(k) retirement plans Uniform and equipment provided Additional benefits depending on the position Responsibilities: Providing safety and security at designated posts Greeting guests and observing/reporting incidents Enforcing laws and policies Providing excellent customer service Monitoring and reporting on operational issues like escalator functionality, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns Responding to emergencies, including medical incidents and evacuations Monitoring video surveillance and alarm systems Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services Qualifications: Must be a US Person as defined by 22 USC * 6010 At least 21 years old High school diploma or equivalent No disqualifying criminal history Valid State Guard License Proficient in writing detailed reports in English Ability to understand and follow instructions Good communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations professionally Military discharge status must be acceptable Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Fluent in English High integrity and sound judgment Veterans: Inter-Con values veterans and encourages them to apply.
