We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Warranty Administrator to support our growing Service Department.
Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims efficiently and accurately for manufacturer and extended warranties
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer warranty guidelines and deadlines
Maintain organized records of all claims and payments
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve discrepancies
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Provide timely updates to management regarding claim status and trends
Stay current with manufacturer policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive warranty administration (preferred)
Familiarity with CDJR warranty systems and procedures a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Working knowledge of DMS (Dealer Management System) platforms
