Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for various equipment and machinery.
Perform heavy equipment repairs and conduct thorough equipment troubleshooting.
Maintain and repair facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
Conduct mechanical troubleshooting to resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
Perform engine performance and drivability assessments.
Conduct machine safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Utilize basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting.
Service and maintain packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
Repair refrigeration/cooling systems and various types of machinery, including injection molding, extrusion, and die-cast machines.
Operate and maintain gear machinery, forklifts, paint sprayers, sliding table saws, band saws, and belt sanders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in facilities maintenance and equipment repair.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with experience in electrical systems diagnostics and repair.
Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills with a focus on engine performance.
Familiarity with various voltage systems (120/208/240/480).
Experience with packaging machines, wrapping machines, and HVAC systems.
Knowledge of refrigeration/cooling systems and various machinery types.
Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation and tracking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
