Recruiting Coordinator - Quantitative Hedge Fund

Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process for various roles across the hedge fund, including investment professionals, analysts, operations, and compliance staff. This involves scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and managing candidate communication.
Candidate Sourcing: Help source candidates through job boards, networking events, social media, and other recruiting tools. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates, ensuring smooth communication between hiring managers and candidates. Prepare interview schedules, ensure appropriate interview materials are available, and assist with interview preparation.
Offer Letter Management: Support the preparation of offer letters and employment agreements in collaboration with HR and recruitment teams. Ensure timely delivery and follow up on offer acceptance.
Recruitment Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate progress, feedback, and interview notes in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements related to recruitment documentation.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and meetups to enhance brand presence and attract talent. Help facilitate campus recruitment initiatives.
