Position Overview: As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 270-bed facility in Hyattsville, MD. You will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care to our residents while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our facility's outstanding reputation for quality care. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership to ensure operational excellence and high-quality resident care.

Oversee all administrative functions, including budget management, staffing, and facility maintenance.

Foster a positive environment that promotes resident satisfaction and employee engagement.

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.

Qualifications: Current LNHA license in the state of Maryland.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.

Proven track record of achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and resource allocation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
