Overview The Business Systems Analyst will contribute to, produce, and manage client deliverables related to multi-channel marketing engagements, serving as a liaison between client staff and internal technical teams. You will work closely with account leads to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaigns, reports, and database functionalities. Responsibilities Support and coordinate marketing, reporting, and database processes including requirements, specifications, and documentation. Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing, and related activities. Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Support Change Management and Issue Management initiatives. Communicate detailed specifications effectively, both written and verbal. Work effectively with local, remote, and global teams. Analyze data and recommend solutions supporting business and marketing objectives. Create and update specifications/documents, and assess requirement completeness. Translate customer marketing needs into understandable requirements. Possess technical understanding of business and technical language. Demonstrate solid project management skills. Qualifications Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of Relational Database Management Systems. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and testing support. Knowledge of marketing concepts and end-to-end marketing execution. Experience with all phases of the SDLC. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project. Relevant experience may include supporting SDLC tasks, Change Management, working with clients, creating test cases, and agile environments. Experience Minimum 3+ years of related experience. Education Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
