Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Administration Department in the role of Executive Assistant. This position is 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday some evenings and other days as needed. This position is responsible for serving as the primary administrative support person for the CEO and CFO, as well as other team members of the leadership team at Prairie Ridge Health. Position Summary
This position serves as primary administrative support person for the CEO and CFO, as well as other members of the leadership team at PRH. Responsibilities include managing the calendars of select individuals, serving as the initial contact person for all incoming calls, recording and producing minutes for a variety of meetings, as well as general secretarial support. Education Requirements/Licensure/Certification/Registration
At least five years of related job experience in a key secretarial position Graduate of an Administrative Assistant Program preferred for persons without extensive directly applicable work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Shorthand proficiency is helpful. Notary Public FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week) Shift: Typical hours can be discussed in between 7:30AM-5PM, Monday-Friday. There will be some 7AM start times and some 8PM end times.
