Materials Management/Receiving Technician - 0.8 FTE

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Materials Management Department in the role of Materials Management Receiving Technician. This position is 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week) various days Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM. This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, verifying, and accepting or rejecting supplies.....POSITION SUMMARYFunctions as a receiving technician, and is responsible for receiving, inspecting, verifying, and accepting or rejecting supplies delivered to the hospital on a daily basis. Verifies all documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, receiving reports, and compares to purchase orders. Updates receipt of supply items in computer database.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of medical/surgical supplies helpful. Computer experience required.SAP knowledge preferred.FTE: 0.8 (32 hours per week) in between the hours of 7:30AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday
