Similar to how a human would review a resume, conduct an interview, and decide who to hire, we automate all of those processes with LLMs. Our technology is so effective it's used by all of the top 5 AI labs. We crossed a $100M revenue run rate and have averaged 59% month over month growth for the last 6 months, making us the fastest growing company in the world. The team is small and we remain extremely profitable because we can't hire great people as fast as revenue is growing. About the Role
Growth Data Scientists at Mercor work at the intersection of product analytics, experimentation, and candidate go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for uncovering the highest-leverage levers that accelerate user acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue; and work with Engineering, Product, and GTM teams to turn those insights into compounding growth. As Mercor's Growth Data Scientist, you will Own growth analytics end to end: design tracking plans, verify event quality, keep data accurate and organized in the warehouse Build predictive and causal models to uncover opportunities from channel ROI to cohort retention Run A/B tests with the Platform Engineering team to turn hypotheses into wins Translate insights into self-serve dashboards and concise briefs that guide every team's decisions. The long term goal is to strengthen Mercor's network effects and match top talent with companies faster and more profitably. What Are We Looking For?
Previous founding or startup experience or top-tier tech company experience. Fluency in SQL and Python Experience querying for SQL (MySQL, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data stores, Airflow or similar orchestration ETL tools You are familiar with statistical methods such as regression and Difference-in-differences. You should also be comfortable with marketing automation, PLG funnels, programmatic SEO and lifestyle messaging. You should be able to turn complex analyses into crisp narratives and be able to communicate well with leadership. Attention to detail and eagerness to learn Compensation
