Asset Manager - Affordable Housing

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities, with an emphasis on maximizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving long-term value. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of LIHTC assets and wants to make a meaningful impact in the affordable housing space. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute annual business plans for each property, including budgets and capital strategies Track and analyze asset performance using KPIs, cash flow projections, and variance reporting Conduct regular site visits, lead capital planning, and coordinate with property management Oversee compliance with lender, investor, and regulatory requirements, including LIHTC programs Review audits, tax filings, and manage responses to audit inquiries and appeals Monitor risk exposure and manage insurance-related issues across the portfolio Support financial modeling for refinancing, recapitalization, and potential dispositions Assist with due diligence and underwriting for acquisitions and strategic initiatives Qualifications 5+ years of experience in affordable housing asset management, with deep knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance Background in property operations, financial reporting, and portfolio oversight Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi or MRI preferred Bachelors degree required; CHAM certification or related credential a plus Apply now for confidential and immediate consideration.
