Application Analyst I

Dive into troubleshooting application and service issues, with mentorship from experienced colleagues. Respond to system health alerts swiftly, ensuring reliability through proven operational procedures. Help safeguard service availability after hours during scheduled on-call rotations. Drive improvements by collaborating with development teams to implement system changes and service requests. Partner with peer teams to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges. Uphold operational excellence by following and enhancing documented processes and change management practices. Own your growth by participating in ongoing technical and professional development initiatives. Application Analyst II

Take ownership of resolving escalated software, service, and system issues independently. Diagnose root causes behind system alerts and drive corrective actions to completion. Identify application defects early and escalate them for resolution proactively. Manage operational tasks confidently across Linux and Windows server environments. Evaluate service architecture for alignment with operational best practices and recommend enhancements. Provide constructive feedback to strengthen system design, scalability, and performance. Contribute to operational excellence by expanding and refining internal knowledge bases. Remain a reliable part of the on-call rotation to support critical incident response efforts. Recommend and implement preventive measures that boost overall system resilience.
