Posted Monday, July 14, 2025 at 4:00 AM | Expires Friday, August 29, 2025 at 3:59 AM Position Summary: The Site Manager ensures the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all facility-related functions at The Centers. This role oversees building maintenance, kitchen logistics, fleet and vendor management, and coordinates with multiple support departments including housekeeping and grounds as well as their budgets accordingly. The manager is responsible for leading a team, driving accountability, and ensuring a high standard of care and cleanliness across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Accountability · Lead, manage, and hold direct and indirect reports accountable for performance, behavior, and outcomes. · Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities. · Foster a positive team environment that aligns with organizational values and mission. Facility Maintenance & Grounds · Oversee routine maintenance and repairs of all buildings and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). · Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair and maintenance services. · Ensure the grounds are clean, safe, and well-maintained through direct oversight of the Groundskeeper. · Manage seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal, de-icing, and landscaping. · Supervise kitchen staff and support kitchen logistics including food storage, cleanliness, and health code compliance. · Ensure appropriate stock levels of food supplies and cleaning materials. · Collaborate with food service leadership to meet dietary and safety standards. Environmental Services & Laundry Oversight · Ensure laundry and housekeeping services are timely, sanitary, and efficient. · Oversee the performance of Laundry Attendant and support housekeeping/environmental services scheduling and needs. · Monitor cleanliness standards across all areas of the facility. Fleet Management · Manage organizational vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, inspections, and registration renewals. · Ensure vehicles are road-ready, safe, and clean for staff and client use. · Maintain accurate logs of vehicle use and maintenance records. · Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors. · Negotiate service contracts and monitor performance against service level agreements. · Track facility-related inventory and oversee the purchasing and budgeting process for supplies. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. · 3–5 years of experience in facility management, building operations, or a related field. · Proven supervisory experience with both direct and indirect reports. · Strong organizational and communication skills. · Working knowledge of building systems and basic maintenance practices. · Ability to respond to emergencies outside of regular hours as needed. · Combination of indoor and outdoor work. · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. · On-call responsibilities for emergencies or urgent issues.
